We are here to provide you a valuable service, but sometimes that service requires the purchase of other items such as software or hardware components. We prefer to purchase these items ourselves as this ensures we get what is needed and simplifies the return process if something were to go wrong. We may also be able to secure better pricing than an average consumer. In some cases it may be necessary that we resell some items or services to you. We may even have to charge you sales tax. However, we promise not to rip you off in the process.
All of our labor & products are warrantied for 90 days. If the customer has chosen to provide software or hardware components, than we will be unable to warranty that work due to the liability of products we did not purchase.
We believe that you get what you pay for. We don’t peddle the cheapest or the most expensive solutions, but rather those that solve the problem most effectively for a specific situation. We seek out products that are quality built, easy to maintain, and something we would be proud to call our own if given the opportunity. We don’t buckle to corporate hype or secretive sponsorships. We buy from companies we want to support and sometimes that results at a greater cost and we’re O.K. with that.
No two projects are identical, so our pricing can’t be either. We urge you to Contact US so that we can hear all of the finite details. If an on-site visit is preferred or necessary to examine current infrastructure or project scope we will not charge you for this convenience.
If you approve our estimate to begin work, we may ask that you provide us a signed copy to give us authorization.
Invoices are distributed at the 1st of each month, NET 30.
We accept personal and business checks, as well as cashiers checks and money orders.

The best way to save money on IT infrastructure or support is to plan ahead rather than waiting for problems. A network that was properly planned, built, and executed should be considered a valuable asset. This investment pays off by avoiding single-point failure and preventable downtime caused by damage (viruses, malware, etc) before they happen.
You can also save money by letting us take your problem offsite. When on-site you are paying for our undivided attention so we don’t want to sit idle while progress bars scroll by. Working remotely either by transporting your equipment to our office or allowing remote control access allows us to multitask and be more efficient.
